Getting Here
- Address: The Little Machine is located in Regent Arcade, with entrances from both Rundle Mall and Grenfell Street.
- Public Transport: Bus and tram services stop nearby. The closest tram stops are ““Art Gallery” or “Rundle Mall”.
- Parking: Paid parking is available at nearby car parks within a 5-minute walk.
Step-Free Access
- The gallery has step-free access from both Rundle Mall and Grenfell Street entrances to Regent Arcade.
- Internal circulation is flat and unobstructed.
- All doorways meet standard wheelchair width requirements.
Facilities
- Seating: Portable chairs are available on request during exhibitions and events.
- Bathrooms: Regent Arcade does not provide publicly accessible toilets. Visitors of The Little Machine and participants of our events can make use of our private accessible toilet.
- Lighting & Sound: Exhibitions may include lighting, projections, or sound works. Please get in touch if you would like to know more about specific light and or sounds levels before your visit. If you would like a quiet visit, please contact us.
Events & Programs
- Unfortunately we do not provide AUSLAN interpretation for our events. Please check event listing or get in touch for details.
- We welcome carers, companions, and support workers. Companion cards are accepted for ticketed events.
Sensory & Access Needs
- Some of our exhibitions might present material that can be triggering. Specific content descriptions can be found for each exhibition. If you’re unsure, please get in touch.
- Digital exhibition materials are available.
